I got all fancied up this Friday to go to the Asian Semi-Formal with of_evangeline and her housemates. Went around to my own housemates in the search for an appropriate dress, and finally got one from J, waiting in her basement room as she dragged it out of a suitcase. It's definitely a "little black dress"; très pretty, nicer than anything I have except for my prom dress.
Hanging out before the dance, I was introduced to my newest TV obsession: Veronica Mars. I had until now somehow avoided seeing the show, but I'm now officially hooked. Girl's got a taser. Nuff said.
As it turned out, it didn't matter much that I had doofusly forgotten to buy a ticket, since none of us ended up getting in to the semi. We showed up in the early morning hours in the freezing cold, only to be turned away because they'd oversold the tickets and the place was already at maximum capacity. So, logically, we did the next best thing: went to Denny's! Mmmm, all day(and night) breakfasts...
Finally got home at 5 in the morning, and spent the rest of the weekend sleeping, grocery shopping and reading Veronica Mars recaps on TWoP. Sweet.

Sorry I couldn't call. This weekend's been insane. We had to take care of drunk people last night and tonight was another person's birthday dinner. I'm full; my wallet's not. Ohoho I am so clever. Anyway, I'll be putting up pics tomorrow. They're so awesome XD
