Saturday night, I went on a Ferris wheel! And it was awesome, although terrifying at the same time. I think rollercoasters are actually somewhat less scary, 'cause at least you're not hanging in the air, listening to creaking noises and contemplating just how long ago the damn thing might have been built. But yay! Ferris wheel! Carnival! Cotton candy and spinning monkey ride!

There was a street fair thing at Yonge and Eglinton this weekend, but I think the rides were only there Saturday. Anyway, I'm pretty sure they're gone now...

yes...ferris wheels ARE terrifying. but at least you were there with me to freak out!

This is true! Everything is slightly less terrifying when there's someone else there to shriek with.
