I'm just thinking about that fight Ronon had with Teyla that John interrupted because he thought Ronon was going to hurt Teyla - would he have interrupted sooner or later if he'd been a woman then?

(I'm trying not to be the first to say 'rape' here but...well, might McKay not be concerned about that (for the other two, not just for him - I mean, Sheppard might not leave McKay and Ronon alone together but someone's got to be alone with him).
