Actually, I wonder how pleased McKay would be at having Ronon on the team - I mean, I assume that McKay isn't as tall as a woman as he was as a man (though, that's just me being sexist, and as a woman who's six feet tall, if you wanted to keep his height then I'd actually be really grateful because the little tiny woman/big strong man thing does bug me!) and though Sheppard has combat training and Teyla can handle herself with no problems, McKay would be really and totally hopelessly outclassed instead of just the bit outclassed that Sheppard would be.

God, now I really want to see the discussion around Ronon joining the team - would Sheppard even have offered so easily?
